Beyonce Diet aka "Maple Syrup Diet" is a crash diet and may not be necessarily perfect for everyone. It is body detox drink recipes and a plan that calls for rapid fasting. Beyonce herself does not recommend this crash diet to anyone unless it is inevitable and one has proper help.

The famous singer - Beyonce - is a prominent example of perfect use and success of this maple syrup diet who had reduced her 22 pounds of weight within 14 days. To make her perfect for the role of Dina in the movie "Dreamgirls", Beyonce had used this detox diet recipes diet to reduce out excessive weight; and it was popularized by Stanley Burroughs as a method to reduce extra weight, clean and detoxify harsh toxins from body.

There are some misleading notions about this detox diet recipes that it leads to hospital, user may become lethargic, and basic nutrients that are needed by body are not met etc,. but the fact is otherwise. On the contrary, Beyonce diet can be taken almost every two to three months without any fear of getting hospitalized. But it does not sound wise to do such hard fasting and detox as a matter of routine.

The detox drink recipes diet does not include any solid meal. This Beyonce's Diet is a mixture of lemon juice, cayenne pepper, water and medium maple syrup in the form of a shake. Depending upon your taste you can have it either hot or cold. It is also known as Maple Syrup Diet.

Although no solid foods are included in this rapid fasting Beyonce Diet, but this detox drink recipes diet contains all needed and valuable vitamins. It, therefore, needs additional help since we do not take any solid food that we need to support and help our digestive systems in order not to have problem of constipation.

How much self control and determination this detox diet recipes diet needs can be imagined with the fact that Beyonce regularly took laxative tea every night and she consumed 30 oz of warm salt water every morning that served the purpose as an enema, which everyone will not find easy to follow.

10 days duration has been recommended for fasting and detoxifying under Maple Syrup Diet plan. This detox drink recipes diet calls for a careful ending after 10 days; and the break from fasting should begin by consuming natural juices for one or two days, thereafter soup can be taken on third day. From next day onwards one can have fruit and vegetables. Care must be taken not to immediately jump to the normal diet from the immediate next two/three days after such a crash diet plan.

Beyonce Diet Recipe includes 1 cup (8 fl oz) purified water or spring water, 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) grade B maple syrup and one tenth teaspoon of cayenne pepper mixed (or as much pepper as you can handle). All these ingredients are combinations of elements of body detox and fasting.

Beyonce's detox drink recipes diet is fast in losing weight but not necessarily suitable to everyone.

Lemon Detox Drink is one of the perfect detox drink recipes which help in liver detoxification. It is a liver detox diet which destroys the toxins in your body and thus reduces weight. This recipe is very simple recipe and is crucial if you want your desired final result. The ingredients that are used in lemon detox recipe as follows:

1. Fresh lemon juice -2 tablespoon

2. Dark maple syrup- 2 tablespoon

3. Cayenne pepper- 1/10 teaspoon

4. Water

Mix all the three ingredients and then add water to mix all together. When you take this drink first time you may find cayenne pepper a little hot in case if you do not eat spicy. But after some time you will be accustomed with this liver detoxification drink. However when I took it first time I was surprised because I did not get it hot and add more cayenne pepper in this detox to make it strong. It is one my favorite detox drink recipes.

When you start with this lemon detox drink you have to drink 6 times in a day. However 8-12 times of its intake is ideal. But with this drink it is also necessary to take lots of fresh water throughout the day.

Whenever you start feeling hungry, you should take this drink. You must take this drink in your regular meal time. On taking this type of detox drink recipes may be your hunger pain reached at bay very soon. But after 3 days you will feel automatically that your hunger pain is reduced very much. But there are 1 out of 4 people who every time say that they have hunger pain throughout a day.

It is necessary that each drink should be made fresh. Always use fresh lime juice rather than canned lime juice. However it is not possible sometime to make fresh drink because of work load. But you can try and maintain the cleaning power of lemon enzyme, give attention to the mixture of maple syrup and lemon juice. Add water to this concentrate when you want to drink it.

There are some tips while you are planning to take detox drink recipes. When you are planning to take 3 drinks of lemon detox drink then you would require making concentrate of 6 tablespoon of lemon juice and 6 tablespoon of maple syrup.

To make your life easier you should make 3 separate bottles of water. All consist of 8 fl Oz's of fresh water.

It is necessary to pack a tablespoon in order to measure and add cayenne. The cayenne pepper can be add to its 3/10th of the part but keep in mind that cayenne become hot when it hits the liquid.

When you are ready to drink the lemon detox drink, just take your concentrate and shake it well. Now take 4 tablespoon of it, add into the bottle and finally put your cayenne. Shake it again and it is ready to drink.

If your hunger is continuously distracted you then you can do one thing. I generally decide to clean my house at the time detoxing my body. Cleaning the house make you focus in it and thus you forget about your hunger.
